What You Need to Know
NEED TO CANCEL?
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee in accordance with our studio policy.
Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to best serve all clients.
LATE ARRIVALS
Inform Us in Advance
If you're running late, please give us a call or send a message as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may lose their appointment slot or may receive a shortened version of their scheduled service, depending on availability.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you while ensuring other clients’ experiences aren’t impacted.
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY
We totally understand that life happens—and sometimes childcare falls through. While we aim to maintain a calm and professional environment, we also get it!
If you need to bring your child or a guest to your appointment, just let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate you. Your comfort (and theirs!) matters to us.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Cash is also accepted. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated and may be given in cash or via Venmo/Zelle.
CLIENT PREP & AFTERCARE
To ensure the best results, all clients are expected to follow the prep and aftercare instructions sent via email and/or text. Failure to do so may affect your final results. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to walk you through it!
